Currently I work part-time at Right at Home as well as part-time for a handicap lawyer. I have worked as a Private Care Assistant for 10 years. The majority of my clients with Right at Home are aged and with dementia. Caring for the aged and individuals with dementia is very rewarding for me. My client that's a lawyer had a stroke in 12/2016. Since his stroke I am now his Personal Assistant. Part of my job now is to handle all his personal matters, financial, health issues and working with his legal clients. Some of my responsibilities include follow-up with his clients, typing for cases, e-filing and collecting payments from his clients. As well as making sure any health matters are taken care of accordingly. At present, he’s in rehabilitation. Motivating and encouraging is imperative for his future well-being and I do it wholeheartedly.
